Drunk Driving Arrest

After getting arrested for drunk driving in Michigan, you can do one of two things. You can get information about what you are facing and hire a good attorney to protect your rights or you can just go plead guilty and face whatever punishment the Judge hands you.

Drunk driving is a Criminal Offense.

Unless it is your first arrest, jail is likely.

A person cannot afford to go in and just plead guilty to get it over with. You need the help of skilled attorney who will minimize or eliminate the impact on your life. A conviction can and does adversely impact every aspect of your life. This need not happen. Skilled professional attorneys like those of Aleck & Jenkins will protect your rights and help you cope with a very difficult situation.
