Ghazey Aleck is a principal attorney in the Aleck and Jenkins law firm. He has been a licensed Michigan attorney since 1986. For three decades, Ghazey Aleck has been recognized as a tough litigator in Divorce, Child Custody and Criminal Defense in Midland, Mt. Pleasant, Bay City, Clare, Gladwin and surrounding counties. Mr. Aleck is a product of a Northern Michigan upbringing. Ghazey Aleck comes from a law enforcement family and is a former police officer himself. His father was a lifelong police officer who ultimately served as the elected Clare County Sheriff. While his father was Sheriff, Ghazey Aleck attended Central Michigan University graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. He went on to get his Juris Doctorates Degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Ghazey Aleck was elected Clare County Prosecuting Attorney in 1992. After leaving the prosecutor’s office, Ghazey Aleck focused his trial abilities on Divorce, Child Custody and Criminal Defense.
